Matters Arising

• May Raffle — more prizes had been donated. A full list is in the hall files.
• Car Boot Sale — there was again concern that there would not be enough tables. It was decided to cancel the June sale
• Redecoration is still set for the w/e of 8 July. To draw up a rota next time

Peter McCracken spoke to the committee on behalf of TCC. He told us of 3 forthcoming events to be aware of - 1. a traffic survey on 25 May. 2. a questionnaire concerning local facilities coming out in June. 3. a meeting to discuss changes to the application process for windfarm grants. It is helpful if all respond to these events as it can benefit the village. He also told us that the site www.taynuilt.net is to be relaunched.

Current balance is £7612.53 Given healthy funds it was agreed to increase the sum to go into a higher interest account to £4000.00. ACTION : JOHN

• The committee were invited to attend the TADDS AGM
• The Games Committee had asked if we would be interested in helping to organize a Fair eek in the run up to the Games next year. It will be a big Games with the McIntyre Clan Gathering. It was agreed that this would be worthwhile.
• There is to be a private party in the hall on 9 Sept and the committee have been asked and agreed to do the bar
